4 Treatment Series:
$464.25 ($12.90 reduction per treatment, 10% fee reduction)
6 Treatment Series:
$673.16 ($16.77 reduction per treatment, 13% fee reduction)
10 Treatment Series:
$1,096.16 ($19.34 reduction per treatment, 15% fee reduction)
*Unused treatment series fees can be refunded upon request*
